I really appreciate the friendly customer service, and this place has become a favorite among the locals. There's street parking available, as well as metered parking nearby. It's also a great spot for solo dining when it’s not too crowded. The atmosphere is generally quite calm during those times, making it the perfect setting to enjoy a delicious meal.

One thing to note is parking; you might need to park a few blocks away from the restaurant. It’s a good idea to drop off your guests or family members first to avoid long waits in line while searching for a parking spot. Large parties should consider calling ahead to check if they can accommodate a reservation, as wait times can be lengthy.

I highly recommend the following items: 1. Hokkaido Tart 2. Premium Milk 3. Hokkaido Custard Bun 4. Milk Pudding. They are absolutely delicious, and the prices are very reasonable!

Ordered the baked chicken steak with white sauce over rice (see image). Piping hot and full of cheesy, saucy goodness. The only downside was that the chicken was oversalted. (Pro-tip: they can make it with any type of sauce on top of your order even if it isn't explicitly listed on the menu.)Also tried the ox-tongue with tomato sauce and spaghetti. The ox-tongue was amazingly tender, a must-try! The sauce was very sweet and I would recommend a different choice unless you have a sweeter palette.Both orders started off with tomato soup appetizer which hit the spot and started the meal off on the right note.Ordered HK milk tea on the side. The tea is strong as expected and comes standard with sugar/artificial sweetener packets and unlimited refills. Jello was for dessert as usual but doesn't come topped with creamer anymore. Not too sweet, just right.The aunties serving us were very accommodating and kept our drinks topped off.Kid-friendliness: The waitresses were kind enough to offer our kiddos free jello and a choice of lollipop for dessert, even though their meals did not come standard with it.Just a note for families with toddlers that they only provide no-strap booster seats (no high-chairs) so come prepared!

Tasty filling HK style meals abound. Prices have gone up, but so has everything else. You get a lot of food for what you order. Go early as the place fills up fast. No more dinner rolls since the Café part of the restaurant closed.
