The best meal of my life. they live up to their two Michelin stars without even being careful. they actually had classic rock games I loved. every detail has been so designed. If you want to have a special, exhausting night out, I highly recommend it.

The family birdsong gave us a show to remember. the service and eating were immaculate. the effort of the team shined in all small details. the menu of chef chris is first a local Pacific Northwest ingredient menu. secondly, the garnish of the ingredients was prepared by our dinner with whimsy, nostalgia and surprise. the mixture of open kitchen fire odours, Santana music and the dress create a rustic cabin atmosphere. with all the birds and wood around, I almost thought I was in the forest habitat of wingspan. we wanted the cubes for more to eat all night long. Among the diners are the Seeigel-Creme-Puff (a sweet and savory Umami bomb) and the caviar massbread, which is elaborately prepared before us. the wonderful dry old quail had me with calling to banh mi, french di and peking ente giggling. for a miraculous night outside, they experience it at birdsong.

A wonderful experience. Food was spectacular. One in our party was allergic to shell fish. They were able to make substitutions that were easily as wonderful as the original menu. Everything about the meal was perfect.
