Alchemist Lounge - San Francisco

The atmosphere of the restaurant was energetic and exciting. I recommend sticking to the classic cocktails, especially the mezcal margarita which was excellent. The special cocktails, however, did not meet my expectations.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and would make a good choice for a date spot. The drinks are decent.

We recently hosted a large cocktail party at this restaurant with 28 guests in attendance. The event was a great success, thanks to the skills and dedication of the alchemist and the staff. Throughout the planning and preparation, we had the pleasure of working closely with the owner, Phil, who was extremely helpful. Sarah and the bartenders did an excellent job recommending drinks and ensuring that all food and drinks were served promptly. The costs were reasonable, especially for a location in a major city. We enjoyed the semi-private lounge seating areas and standing areas, which provided a nice balance of privacy and lively energy from the Friday night crowd at the bar. We highly recommend this restaurant for its food, drinks, and events.

Good cocktails. Creative options. Bopping DJ and the Halloween night was a vibe : limited seats though.

Very good spot for an event night. Attended a gathering there, and great atmosphere. Great drinks (quite strong), and decent snack food. Bartender was friendly. Recommend old fashioned, espresso martini and local beers.
