Contribuiți la feedbackBeautiful outdoor space with great drinks, tasty food and excellent service. Happy Hour MON-FRI 4p-6p
The day after 4 July is never going to supply a bouncing atmosphere, but sitting at the bar, chatting with the bartender totally made up for the lack of a lively environment. The friendliest most helpful of service for a couple of San Fran newbies made for a great couple of hours. We cannot thank Amberley (sorry if the spelling is wrong) enough for the hospitality. Combine the fantastic service with an awesome outside dining/drinking area and you have an easily repeatable experience.
I recently visited 620 Jones with a couple of friends on a Sunday to enjoy their drag show, and overall, we had a great experience. They offered an enticing combination of delicious food, delightful drinks, and exceptional customer service. However, there was one issue that slightly dampened our visit--the seating policy.Upon arrival at 11:30, we were informed that there were limited seats available due to reservations made by parties of six or more. As a group of three, we were unable to make a reservation, which left us hoping for good seats for the show. We were given two options: a spot in the sun or a spot right next to the speaker. We opted for the spot in the sun, expecting a fair seating arrangement. As time passed, we noticed that four parties of three were seated in the shade, and two more parties also secured shaded spots. What perplexed us was that none of these parties seemed to be waiting for others to join them. This inconsistency raised questions about the fairness of the seating process and left us feeling a bit disappointed. While the food, drinks, and service were all top-notch, I believe the they should strive for more transparency and fairness when it comes to seating guests. It would have been preferable if the host or the restaurant staff had been upfront about the possibility of parties of three being seated in the shade. This way, we could have made a more informed decision about our seating preference.Despite this issue, we thoroughly enjoyed the drag show. The performers were fabulous, and the atmosphere was electric. The restaurant deserves praise for hosting such an entertaining event that left us thoroughly entertained and uplifted. To summarize, 620 Jones offers fantastic food, great drinks, and excellent customer service. The Sunday drag show was a definite highlight of our visit. However, I recommend that the host or 620 reevaluate their seating policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all guests, regardless of party size. With a more balanced approach to seating, this place would undoubtedly become even more outstanding.
This is an iconic San Francisco venue and experience! I highly recommend the drag brunch. Joanna was phenomenal to make sure every single detail was handled for our 20 guests for drag brunch. And oh my gosh, Erinn is a dream! She was our server and her love and hospitality matched the food and entertainment. Spectacular experience!
We arrived at 12 for drag brunch, but the show did not start until 1:35. We’d already eaten by the time the performance started and did not stay long. The food was mediocre, though our waitress was lovely and helped to accommodate dietary restrictions. The drag show itself was underwhelming. Of course, this might have been down to our seating and the fact that we did not drink. Overall, it was disappointing and not worth wasting a Sunday.
