Veracio's Pizza - San Francisc

The service was great and the food felt fresh but it is produced without gloves and the knife used to cut the pizza was used to cut open plastic and was not washed. Other than that the food was ok not amazing. It’s good for a quick bite. The lasagna is pretty good.

Pizza was horrible. We could not eat it. We gave it to a hungry hobo and he spit it out. Do not go to this place. Starving hobos will not eat here for free.

Modena Pizza used to be be Veracio 's. It is my favorite place to go for pizza, lasagna and even hot salami sandwiches. We add Extra Garlic and Jalapeno 's to everything. We have our own pizza we just love, They know it as the Flower People Pizza . It 's a White Pizza with Spinach, Garlic, Jalapeno 's and Sausage instead of chicken. The Extra Garlic and Jalapeno 's really top this pie! Itsa gotta have pizza. Years later...that Salami sandwich w/everything Xtra jalapenos and fresh chopped garlic topped my night. Great pizza! My family owned a Pizzeria in Brooklyn NY for about 30 years and the pizza was just like home! I say it is definitely a place to go! I have been going here for about ten years. Still one of the best Pizzas outside of Brooklyn. I highly recommend that you stop in for a slice or get a whole pie to share with friends or family!

If you need pizza at 2am, this is your best option. Hot, fresh and always polite.
