Bathroom put of order, unacceptable for a big chain
Ordered a large drip coffee, which I wish was a bit hotter. Service was quick and friendly.Unlike some other nearby coffee shops, I could pour my own milk cream, rather having to ask a staff member to do that.
Cappuccino heated milk with espresso.There wasn’t even an effort to make foam.
The service was good. They seem to be understaffed here but that is probably management trying to make a bigger profit.The two people at the counter were working extremely hard and quick and still had time for a smile. They were extremely friendly and professional.
