Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Francisc

Definitely one of my faves! I will always keep coming back to this restaurant for more amazing food. . The location is also convenient the price very affordable considering how excellent their food is. Chipotle 5 stars from me !

Disastrous experience completely disappointed, I ordered a burrito and the burrito was not rolled properly and the foil they used was not enough to at least cover one proper round to the burrito, the sour cream, guacamole were literally spilling down,it was so annoying to have multiple tissues spread down and had to keep cleaning the mess on the table

So I ordered a sofritas bowl . Which I'd easiest thing you can get right. So unfortunately ???? was the worst I stand corrected. Order wasn't even right not to mention no sofritas in the bowl as well no brown rice . Some idiot add jalapeños init so it was so spicy wasn't enjoyable ???? ????. How do you mess up on the. I ordered through door dash cause wasn't feelinggood so I could eat something but can't. I threw it away. Smh.... I usually order sofritas so I was surprise it was wrong.And super nasty!!! Smh.... Not to mention looked like trash too.

It?s Chipotle. They serve decent burritos and burrito bowls. Good location next to the Metreon in downtown SF, pretty big location, clean and with some interesting decor.

Two of friends ordered from here and both of them got incorrect order. I never saw a place where they give u a wrong order!! so many others are complaining abt the same thing in the reviews. You folks are going to kill some one some day by making them eatwrong food. Highly disappointed given the premium price you charge for simple meal bowls :
