Bubble Queen - San Francisc

I just got off the Caltrain and needed some caffeine. This is a short walk away and surprisingly their storefront is closed. They merged with the store next door.We ordered the Lychee Oolong Tea, which is decent. However, it definitely tastes like artificial lychee. Reminds me of those nostalgic lychee jelly cups I grew up eating from the grocery store. The oolong flavor is subtle and not too strong. The drink was refreshing, but I wouldn't personally recommend it.

Their phone number is not even working. My son and husband went in rush ordering two boba tea and both was delivered without boba despite us paying extra for that. No phone to answer and no response to chat. Also very limited verity. Save your money and time for somewhere else!

I'm on the fence about this place. The food is really good, but it's expensive. I've only been once, but it was during happy hour, which is why I went. Pictured is the only thing I ordered and my bill was $60 with the 20% gratuity. You don't really have a server because the menu is digital (take your phone), and you'll order and pay thru their portal. The staff don't speak much and the items all came out at separate times. It was tasty but a very strange experience. I might give them another try, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and ruin my review reputation.

This boba place is inside a restaurant called The One. I've tried two of the drinks, strawberry green tea and green milk tea. I really liked the strawberry green tea the fruit flavor really came through and didn't taste too artificial. I didn't like the milk green tea though the tea wasn't strong enough so it tasted very watery.

Pricey but very good boba! I really enjoyed the black sugar latte.
