Contribuiți la feedback음식은 나쁘지 않습니다. 하지만 명백한 인종차별을 경험했습니다. 계산시 주문하지 않은 메뉴가 빌지에 포함되어 있었고, 이를 일행들끼리 문제삼고 있자 부르지도 않은 점원이 마치 메뉴가 잘못된것을 알고있었던 것처럼 잘못 추가된 메뉴 일부를 제외한 빌지를 다시 줬습니다. 심지어 다시 받은 빌지에도 아직 잘못된 메뉴가 남아있었고, 이를 문제삼고있자 해당 점원이 그제서야 제대로된 빌지를 줬습니다. 이에 대해 항의를 하자 실수라며 사과를 햇는데, 이는 명백히 고의적으로 보입니다. 적지않은 가격을 지불하고 이와 같은 말도 안되는 고객응대를 받으니 정말 기분이 나쁘네요. 샌프란시스코에서 최악의 경험을 이 식당에서 했습니다. The food is not bad, but I experienced blatant racism. At checkout, the bill included items that I did not order, and when I pointed this out to my group, the waiter, who I did not even call out, gave me a new bill with the wrong items removed, as if he knew the menu was wrong. The new bill still had the wrong items on it, and when I pointed this out to him, he gave me the correct bill. When I complained, he apologized, saying it was a mistake, which was clearly intentional. It's really upsetting to pay such a high price and receive such ridiculous customer service. I had my worst experience in San Francisco at this restaurant.
Too much sauce, too much spices/additives, one was even tangy despite our request) enough to smother the natural taste of underlying ingredients. Overall very salty despite our request. (Yet shuffle dissert was great).
Love the service. Group of us came and ordered. Corkage was 50 per bottle for 1st 2 bottles and then 100 there after. Oysters felt a little steep but the steak was awesome. Had the aged porterhouse and wet aged ribeye which was perfect. Winelist was great and had the Far Niente dolce for dessert.
I was really disappointed with the service. I ordered a glass of wine before dinner, and they didn’t show me the bottle, proofing that I got what I ordered, and they didn’t pour the wine in front of me. They brought me the already-poured wine in the glass. I paid for two really expensive glasses of wine, and for all I know, it was low-quality wine. They’re always supposed to show you the bottle and pour it in front of you. I expected better from the restaurant. Also, I ordered a Wagyu strip steak, and I know Wagyu has a lot of marble in it, but when I cut open my steak, I didn’t see any kind of fat. Wagyu usually melts in your mouth because of the fat content it has. This didn’t do that. The waiter said all of the marble disappears after you cook it. I’ve had Wagyu a few times, and the marble has never disappeared. I don’t know; correct me if I’m wrong. I don’t know; I expected more from this restaurant, I’m really disappointed.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance and offers a good menu selection. It was disappointing to find out that they do not offer gluten-free bread or other alternatives
