My friends and I ate a variety of dishes and we were all just thrilled. Innovative, great flavors that complement and with a lot of imagination. Be sure to try the elderberry sorbet with gin for dessert. In addition, friendly staff. We will definitely come back. We visited this restaurant in summer; I advise you to make a reservation, they are quite busy during the season. We decide to sit outside in their wonderful garden under the trees. We had a spacious table, very attentive service and a really good meal. And there is more..while we were being pampered at the table, close to us domesticated rabbits were jumping and saying HI to us.

My husband (Triestino) and I (American) have returned to this region repeatedly over the past several years. On our list this year, was to return again to Korsic, one of the favorites on our elaborate Excel spreadsheet! We were NOT disappointed! Every course is amazing, and beautifully presented. Definitely suggest the tasting menu, which at a reasonable fixed price, allows a choice from the menu of local favorites. Everything served is made in the restaurant, carefully and in season. Following the guidance of the lovely owner, you can’t go wrong! Desserts are the best! Don’t miss this gem! You can eat inside or out, and there’s a parking lot for that (too big) rental. Enjoy!

We regret not to try the first, it was all great, the wine always fresh. an experience to repeat. . friendly and kind person. we were in appetizer, second, contour and sweet with wine is on average and therefore stars! to try again

Very nice and clean local. kind and courteous staff. dishes not so much cured (too much fat in the slice, also the crotch,) so seasoned. Good desserts. high price for an osteria
