Truman House Tavern - San Fernando

The staff, service, food, and drinks were all excellent. I have no complaints. The Mimosa flight was delicious.

First visit in August 2022: The food was good. The staff were cool. The mood was great. The pictures of drinks, on Google cards, looked better than what they really were. Second visit in October 2022: I gave this bar another chance, and I was very pleased with the drinks and appetizers. Come back.

Almost a 5 star, our order was missing napkins. Now I was here on the outdoor market San Fernando for the 23rd July, I went to the hostess said I was with a seller right in front of her business, wanted to go to an order. The hummus with warm Pita bread was delish, the pastrami sliders were also delicious. But no napkin was in the bag, I would have asked that a standard item was included. My niece, her friend, goes here, that's what they recommend. Has her word on what not to order or not worth the price. The hummus share was something on the small side, but it was good. The hostess was nice, I was only surprised that no napkin was provided.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It has the ideal atmosphere for a great happy hour after a long day. The cocktails are both visually appealing (as seen in my photos) and delicious. The service is excellent, with a attentive staff, and the prices are reasonable. Have you visited this place multiple times?

This restaurant is not kid-friendly but perfect for a romantic date night for parents. The drinks, particularly the Amarela and house sangria, were excellent. The Brussel sprouts, artichoke dip, and bourbon burger were all above average. The sprouts were cooked perfectly and seasoned well, the bourbon meatballs had a delicious bourbon and onion sauce, and the fries with the burger were seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert.
