Gloria Jean's Coffees Northwalk 1

Tried a hot latte brulee. No taste of corfee just sugar very bad. Even you spend a lot of money you still need to pay 30 pesos to plug your laptop to their outlet.

Good coffee, They serve better than the other Gloria Jeans' coffee

Coffee is good, service is good, but to charge Php30 to use their lower for your laptop is appalling. Get with the program Gloria and recognize your patrons. I counted 4 customers me include, in the coffee shop today and I was there for 5 hours. In the last, at the same time I counted up to 30.

I have been to several coffee shop serving smoothies but this one has the worst mango tasting smoothie. There wasn't one bit of mango flavor in my drink and it tasted more like 90% syrup which for some reason had an after taste. Adding to that awful drink is their customer service, the ladies never even bothered to smile or have a friendly warm approach. They just took our order like robots. Their coffee shop is OK but upon observing, you may notice their furniture are not well maintained. I've knoen Gloria Jeans cafe since college but never expected that had this kind of drink and service. Maybe it was just the mango but overall, it was a bad experience for me and would not dare to try again in this branch.

The place is cozy but the servers are not that efficient.
