We celebrated my mother's birthday at Il Porticcioli. The table was carefully prepared, the service was impeccable and friendly, and the food was truly excellent. Not to mention the location: a terrace directly overlooking Lake Garda, in a small quiet bay far from the chaos. The value for money is also remarkable. Absolutely recommended! Dream view but the food leaves something to be desired. The first ones were not bad, the second ones however the steak was not appreciated by either of the two diners both for the strange taste and for the consistency (one of the two felt a toothache for days as he had to force himself to chew it so much while the squid were chewy with a dusty filling due to how dry it was. For dessert portions as disproportionate as the price. Those who had the fish dishes felt ill following lunch a Sunday to forget!
