Little Tokyo - San Dimas

I came here with my gf last night and both of us were extremely pleased! We came here a little before 6PM so we were seated right away. I'm a big fan of salmon so we ordered like 10 pieces of salmon nigiri, baked black trufll roll, san dimas roll and salmonizer roll. My favorite had to be the salmon nigiri since their salmon was so fresh and tasty. One of the best salmon nigiri I've had in a very long time. My gf really liked the san dimas roll. Overall, I would definitely consider this place as one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. Will definitely come back for more next time!

I just dined here with my hubby and I gotta say, I was quite impressed! I was a bit skeptical thinking you can’t really get decent sushi in the San Dimas area but LittleTokyo proved me wrong! Their black truffle roll was sooooooo good!! I really liked their salmon sushi as well but the black truffle roll was the best! You gotta give it a try when you are in the area. I had been coming to LT for years, as I had a client in San Dimas. Always a great lunch spot. I told my wife about years ago and it's been their sushi spot for years with her friends. It had been a few years for me we went last with the fam and it was fantastic! Service: Waitresses were great and attentive. Food: Everyone loved their orders. Curry Katsu was phenomenal, all of the different sushi rolls were delicious, and the teriyaki is still always on point. This was our 7 year old's first time having sushi. He loved it! They even brought out some complimentary tempura Oreos on our ice cream. Appreciated the extra attentiveness and friendliness!

Complete disclosure: this review is pure on the lack of service, not on the eating. after reading all the positive reviews, my family and I decided to try this restaurant for dinner on Thursday night. husband wrote his name on the waiting list and luck for us, we were the only one on the list, parties before we sat already. husband stood at the waiting list and thought that we would sit pretty fast, my daughter and I sat on the bank that was sending around her day in the summer camp. 5 minutes later with 4 servers that are changed from the waiting list, no eye contact and no confirmation of any kind. we went to sushiya, two blocks away. obviously the customer service is not present here, at least in the night we visited.

My wife and I went here for dinner. I had the tempura udon and spicy tuna roll. She had a tuna hand roll and tuna sashimi. The service here is excellent and the food is fresh and delicious. I will say the spicy tuna roll is one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend.
