Little Caesars Pizza - San Dimas

I have always had great experiences at this location until today. My pizza was burned (as shown in the picture), so I decided to raise a complaint. The owner, Jeff, responded aggressively, insisting that a thick crust needs to be cooked that way. However, the center was still dry, and the tip was burnt. I've been ordering the same thing for years and have never received it like this before. What shocked me most was the refusal to acknowledge that it wasn't cooked properly.

The quality and quantity of food are quite good. Usually, the pizzas are hot and ready when you place your order for pickup, which I appreciate a lot. The only downside is that they don’t have a dining area to eat in, which would be nice since it’s the only option in my area.

We picked up our pizza and everything was great until we opened the box. It didn’t look fresh. However, they quickly made us a replacement, and it was perfect. Thank you for being Little Caesars in San Dimas!

The food is great, along with the service waiting time. Very hospitable, but not to mention the prices are very affordable. Overall, your money is worth it. The parking lot is not quite designed to take out a pizza; but on the other side that counts their steos.

Standard Little Caesar's Pizza. Staff are fine, turn out product quickly. No bathrooms, lots of dedicated parking. Some traffic in parking area, but largely not an issue. Did notice that prices via the app are more than when you buy in person. Apparently the app is 3rd party, so they recoup costs this way. Will return in future. Parking, counter and entrance are accessible.
