The Grill And Deli - San Diego

I ordered a shawarma sandwich, and it came in a gyro style. Nothing about this meat was shawarma, it was pressed and cooked on a grill, flavorless burger meat in thin stripes, clearly dried out. The fixing where burger cut and just sitting there. The fries were soggy and had zero salt. The tzatziki sauce was cucumber chunks stirred in, not even blended This place survives because local employees don't want to drive.

Food is great, the staff behind the counter are friendly and helpful. I love that everyday they have specials (specials are food selections that ate discounted, they change the specials everyday). Food comes out hot and fresh. One stop shop for all your needs.

Everything was delicious. The Service was super friendly, the place is just beautiful.

I order a burger with fries and got a burger with a bunch of lettuce. Payed $12 plus tip. Never coming back. Be sure to check your food before you leave the place.
