Subway City Heights (fairmont Ave)

Was told restroom was closed but no sign on the restroom. Just a reminder, restrooms are a part of restaurant floor plans as customers need to use the restroom. Denying use of a working restroom is not acceptable.

Expect a rush at lunchtime but otherwise. Staff handles it great! Came in for a online pickup order and Cameron helped me out. Was very professional and I left happy. Will go again.

After touching the money of last costumer she did not washed her hands to prepare my food!! I told her and she did... of course she wasnt happy

Just go to a different subway. Don?t even waste your money.. I read all the negative reviews before trying and was hoping my experience would be different but it was exactly like everyone else?s. WHOLE SANDWICH IS COLD AFTER REQUESTING IT TOASTED, WRONGBREAD, WRONG SANDWICH,WRONG SAUCE ON THE SANDWICH.. I literally don?t get it and the worst part was waiting for my WRONGsandwich for over 45 minutes at this point? literally just shut down

Young kid making my food was visibly ill coughing and goosebumps on his exposed arms, and asked his supervisor in front of me to take a break because he felt bad and was chilling, she told him no that he could take it later. He wore gloves, but his maskbarely made it to his nose and was loose fitting. I opted to throw away the food after leaving the restaurant.
