This is my go to whenever I'm at the mall. I've lived in San Diego my whole life and I've seen this mall go through a lot of changes; this place has been here for as long as I can remember. I like getting the pad Thai and lo mein. Grilled chicken too. Not bad for mall food, I've had worse Thai food from actual restaurants. They are usually giving out tasty samples to try. It's not Panda Express, it's a different culture food entirely; it's not supposed to taste like Panda Express even though the food may look similar.

The food really sucked here. I was going to go to Panda in the next stall but the only reason I gave this place a chance was because they were insistent on giving my son a sample and since he took it, I felt bad and like I needed to give them a try. I should've just stuck to my usual Panda Express.

Staff unfriendly, food doesn't taste great. Would rather go to Panda Express since it tastes better for the same price.

I had the one item combo with a 50c upgrade for pad Thai. The item I picked was the eggplant and tofu. Tofu was ok but eggplant was just bland. Sauce was greasy and saucy. Pad Thai tasted like it was definitely not made from scratch. Rice noodle still starchy, sauce was syrupy and tangy. Barely any sprouts or eggs. I had low expectations for a food court Thai place but this was lower than what I expected. I assume it might be due to what I ordered and as a last resort in the distant future, I may come back.
