P.f. Chang's La Jolla - San Diego

The food, service, and lighting did not meet the standards I've experienced during multiple visits to P.F. Chang's. I won't be returning.

The service was too slow. It was the 24th, but they seemed to be prioritizing takeout orders instead of attending to the customers who were already seated.

The food was just okay. The Kung Pao chicken was overcooked and the sweet and sour chicken was very greasy. However, the kids' meal was actually quite good.

Last time we were here with a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes for our table. no big thing. but this time it took a while to find parking and we were 15 minutes late. they gave away our table without writing or calling me. no sweat! the host pursued the company policy without any consideration of the customer service or the situation blind. michelin star restaurants are much more polite and accommodating and P.F chang is not even close to this level. the personal must be better trained and the company policy must be revised.

Girls birthday lunch, good thing we were not in a hurry because service was very slow! Roman candle thing was nice!
