New Orleans Creole Cafe - San Diego

The food here is excellent. If you find yourself in Old Town and are looking for something other than Mexican cuisine, you can't go wrong here. I tried the blackened alligator sausage, red beans and rice, and crawfish étouffée, and all three dishes were fantastic!

I haven't been back in a while, and the food was just as delicious as I remembered. The waitstaff was wonderful too!

The food was outstanding—a must-try! The atmosphere could use a bit more energy, especially since it's in New Orleans; it should be more fun. The lunch portions were just the right amount.

Cozy indoor seating. Crawfish etouffee was really good! Paired with an Abita lager. Yum.
