Mcdonald's - San Diego

McDonald's is similar to Little Caesar's in that it’s really enjoyable, as long as you’re not next to someone who insists it’s terrible. I personally love McDonald's, and I appreciate that their app always displays calorie counts and automatically activates specials, unlike some other apps. It’s definitely one of the best food apps out there.

I ordered a Sweet Tea but received a large cup of black coffee with ice instead. Our cheeseburgers were cold, and the fries were too. Fortunately, we were just passing through, so we won't be returning to this McDonald's location.

I placed a mobile order at 10:59 PM (order #1646) and chose the option to pick it up from the store. However, when I arrived, I found a sign indicating that only the drive-thru was open. I joined the drive-thru line and ended up waiting for 46 minutes—how is this considered fast food? When I finally reached the window, the woman there seemed uninterested in handing over my order, taking another 7 minutes while she chatted with a colleague and made herself coffee. After all that waiting and frustration, my fries were unsalted, and my sandwich was burnt. Overall, this was an extremely inefficient late-night operation.

They are going way to fast but for some reason they gave me the incorrect change at the drive-thru. My total was 13.75 so I gave them 20.75 to get 7 dollars back but I got 6 dollars back. They didn't gave me a receipt either so idk what's the girlsname on the drive thru window or the guy who told her, you forgot to give him .25 cent back. End up with $6.25 return, pleasehelp your employees with the correct training. Not looking to get her or the coworker in trouble, just wanna make sure theyslow down a bit to make sure it's not a bigger money issue. Then once I got my food, the guy at the second window gave me myfood/drink with no straw ????. I guess I have bad luck tonight. Came in roughly 10:35 pm (9/25/2022)

Couldn't process my mobile order. Had to go inside to give them my order. Then they charged me again. I had to wait for the mobile order email to get a refund for the in store order. So much for fast food. At least the order was correct. Thus 2stars.
