Cojitas Taco Shop - San Diego

Located on the same plaza as Golden Spoon and Baron's, this is a solid place for Mexican food!I love getting the rolled tacos here. Also, the breakfast burrito is yummy. I usually ask for no sour cream and sub with guac and they don't charge extra for that.Their portions are decent sized and they have an open sauce bar. Service is quick and they have indoor and outdoor seating.

The food was decent, but nothing special—just average dinner fare. The service left much to be desired; we were questioned about our group size because a few of us arrived late, even though half the restaurant was empty. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I asked the guy for a Red Bull, and he charged me for it but then just walked away without giving it to me. Seriously? How hard is it to grab a drink from the cooler?
