Church's Texas Chicken - San Diego

The line was extra slow, I was given the wrong order and food was a Lil cold. Not a very good experience going thru the drive thru with only I car ahead of me.

Was told will be right with me in a minute. Well I was waiting for 6 minutes then asked if they were open. The lady comes on and says if I?m in a hurry I can come in, that she was almost done. Apparently she can only take care of 1 customer at a time,whether you?re in the drive thru or inside. What?s the point of the drive thru if the 2 people inside and one in front of me hadto have their transactions completely done before ai could be helped. I really hope the older lady isn?t the manager, didn?teven waste my time on her complaining. Her attitude with the cook , told me everything I needed to know.

Quality of service, personal and food doesn't seem, Care to much about the business. Thanks.(not like before).

The dinning area smell like a toilet, very dirty place, and will not eat there again! ????

Chicken is always very yummy. My favorite are the biscuits!!!! Crunchy honey glaze on top mmmmm..... Good prices
