Carl's Jr. - San Diego

So i messed up my order, so what? They made me wait close to 15 minutes for some tenders. The girl sighed when i said she got it wrong and this isn?t the first time. I love the food, but sometimes i don?t even want to come here because of the Cashiers. Badattitude, they seem mad or just don?t wanna be there. The only one that has a good positive attitude is the guy with thetattoos, really nice and makes sure you leave satisfied.

Just a nice Carl's Jr but they were quick and the food was hot and delicious!

I had lots of problems ordering through the app. Had to place another order there and waited to pick-up my food but the lady at the counter was nice.

Horrible customer service in the drive through today at 3.28 p.m. we asked for 3 plain hamburgers girl almost yelled at us that "well you need to pick one give me a number and just make it plain she charged us 17.67 for 3 plain hamburgers with only ketchup

Went to this location 7pm october 3 2022 and at the drive trough ordered a burger but as i paused to see what soft drinks they had i heard a very clear sigh coming from the speaker. I though nothing of it, but then when i got my order instead of thesprite that i ordered i got a cup filled to the brim with ice and i literal sip of actual soft drink.
