My tour guide recommended this restaurant and I was so glad that he did.During a 13 day tour throughout Mexico and Guatemala I had my best meal here! I understand that there is a different themed menu every night and we happened to go on a Tuesday which was Vegetarian Night. I was a little worried beforehand because I am not a vegetarian and I was concerned that I would get something weird that I didn't enjoy. Well my experience was completely the opposite. As soon as you step inside of this restaurant, which is attached to the owner's house, you get to view the tortilla filling options that are behind plexiglass and then you place your order before you get seated. There were not a lot of filling options but they all sounded interesting.I had 2 quesadillas which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had them served on black corn tortillas and both of them were super tasty. One was Broccoli and Sweet Potato which I added mango to and the other was Mango and Mushroom with Plantain. All of the quesadillas are served with cheese. For a drink I had crushed mango with ice. It was so thick that I had to eat it with a spoon. Because it was freshly made it was at room temperature at first. It tasted a lot better after it got cold. After eating 2 tortillas and this thick drink I ended up feeling super stuffed! This restaurant was super cheap. All the tortillas were 40 pesos and the crushed mango drink was also 40 pesos.I definitely got my money's worth! I wish that I could have gone back to this restaurant for another meal
