My family and I came here and they tricked us into buying their ribs. The waiter said that the ribs came in an order of 3 pieces. We thought “ok, then we will get 2 orders…. Which is 6 pieces to share”. When our food came it was 1 piece per order. ONE PIECE. Each order costs you about $500 pesos. Not even in USA, do you pay for that. It’s insane. When we paid, the guys took our money and never brought back our change assuming it was tip. We had to go to the cashier to get it. When we went up to the front, the manager was there and didn’t care at all. The customer service there is horrible. Be careful with what you order…. It is honestly not worth it. There are better places.

Id go elsewhere though And I love red meat just not here So think twice there's plenty of choices Walk on a few blocks

If you want fantastic steak in San Cristóbal, this is the place to visit. Super friendly stuff and food was amazing. We took a piece of meat 700gr to share and could not finish : The good thing is they show you the pieces of meat and it helps to make a decision.

First, I ordered a steak and the waiter tried to upsell me another steak without being able to explain why it was better. I immediately felt like I was being swindled. Losing my trust in either choice I opted for a plate of meat and cheese, which was fine, not great or terrible. Later a cockroach came up to meet me on my table. It hid by the time the waiters came to see what was wrong, and even though someone at another table pointed it out too, they left, unconvinced anything was the matter. Finally the cockroach and waiter appeared at the same time and the waiter took care of it. I still paid full price with a tip.

Excellent steak house with the perfect beef. Many selection of cuts. Friendly and fast service. Very good choice of red wines. For San Christobal it is expensive, but definitely worth the money.
