I visited San Clemente today and wanted to explore a new restaurant, so I looked up a few reviews and decided to try this place. I'm really glad I did! The food was delicious; I can't stop thinking about the shrimp roll and the clam chowder. My only regret is that I didn't order more! Even though it seemed like just the owner and his wife were running the place, the service was impressively quick, which was a pleasant surprise—though I wouldn’t have minded waiting. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The restaurant is situated in a quiet plaza, and while the seating may not accommodate large groups, that wasn't a concern for me today. If I find myself in San Clemente again, I’ll definitely return and would love to try the 50/50—it sounds fantastic! I highly recommend giving this place a shot!

I just visited the cutest little restaurant that has the best lobster rolls we've discovered in Southern California! My husband ordered the Connecticut style, while I opted for the traditional lobster roll, and we both left completely satisfied. The rolls were soft and buttery, filled with generous chunks of lobster, and we enjoyed them alongside homemade baked beans and Cape Cod chips. Everything complemented each other perfectly. The owner, Dan, was incredibly welcoming and even brought us some shrimp cocktail to try. The shrimp were large and paired with an amazing spicy cocktail sauce for dipping (I scarfed it down before remembering to take a picture!). They’ll be moving to Laguna Nigel in November, which means we’ll be stopping by more often! I'm so glad to have discovered this delightful gem!

Absolutely delicious! We got the trio for two and it was delicious to the very last bite, we couldn't resist finishing everything. You will 100% regret if you DONT come here, we will definitely be back. The service was unmatched, we felt so spoiled and the way it is situated in the area is the perfect environment for eating seafood. 100/10!

So I came here and tried their rolls for the first time recently, I will say their blue cheese coleslaw and beans are very good, as is their soup and the price for the soup really isn't bad. I would come back for those. However, the lobster and crab rolls were a little iffy. They barely had any meat in them, half of the roll was just bread. As for the crab roll, not their fault but I was expecting chunks of crab it by default comes shredded. Overall for the price you're paying I don't think it's worth it. It's very cute inside but there's no seating, and the service wasn't too bad either. I don't have a picture to attach, so just take my word. I'll be back for the soup though sometime I really like the soup a lot.
