Fratello's Family Italian

Have had trouble in the past. Didn't go for almost a year. My girlfriend and I had happy hour time there last night and it was fabulous. The service was incredible it seems they got rid of the bartenders that weren't doing their job and were more interested in fraternizing than doing their work as bartenders. I like the new female staff much better than before food is great service was better atmosphere was great going back very very soonDietary restrictions: My girlfriend has to be gluten free and they have plenty of options and the bartenders know exactly what they're talking about. Very very pleasant experience

This is a great Italian restaurant. Family owned. Great atmosphere excellent food and great service. Bobby the son of the owner was very cool and really made my 1st experience memorable. The family is from Long Island NY and I have to say it is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to since I have been back home to NY. Excellent veal and eggplant which really needs to be cooked correctly to enjoy it. The vodka sauce is one of the best I have had. The place is huge and looks like it would be great for big parties or rehearsal dinner as it is almost 10,000 square feet. They also do take out and the pricing is very reasonable especially for the quality. I will be back for sure.

We had our son and new daughter-in- laws rehearsal dinner at Fratello's. From the initial call through the planning and the actual event, Joey was wonderful! He was so accommodating and the event was amazing! He is there with his team making sure that everything was perfect! The restaurant is a comfortable and friendly place. He made it feel like he planned this for his own family. I highly recommend Fratello's for any occasion!Vegetarian options: We had several vegetarians and vegans.Kid-friendliness: The kids had so much fun too!Dietary restrictions: We had some people with gluten allergies that were well accommodated!

Been a customer for 20 plus years.My husband and I went in last Monday night for dinner. We sat at high tops across from the bar. We waited 10 plus minutes for a server to come.Blond hair, glasses lady finally comes, she informs us the restaurant is busy, we order drinks, Another 15 minutes to get our drinks,we order a Salad and Pizza.My husband orders another beer, after another 15 minutes he goes to the the bar to get the beer himself. 30 minutes after ordering we get our salad, then we get a Luke warm pizza, We haven't seen our original server since drinks. We are very unhappy to get 3 drinks, a salad and a pizza for 90 plus dollars. We have to go to bar to request our bill.Would you support this kind of service and expense?We won't be returning to Fratellos, It was such a terrible expensive experience.The waitresses shows up with the bill smiling at us, We left $0.You've been warned!

Fratellos holds a special place in my heart. I've known Joey for 30 years, and let me tell ya, I've been chowing down at his family's restaurants for just as long.
