Trout Bariloche Fly Fishing Guides

We had a wonderful day fly fishing in May with Juanito. I'm new to flying fishing and my friend is experienced, and Juanito was able to easily accommodate us both. We were at the end of the season and unfortunately have not found anything, but it was still the highlight of our trip. Lunch was excellent (vegetarian option even provided on request) and the overall experience was top notch! Price is very reasonable for a once in a life experience in a beautiful place with a fantastic guide. We recommend you! We would suggest bringing enough USD to cover the cost and tip. We assumed we would have to pay in Pesos and did not bring USD, but the ATMs in Argentina only allow you to take very small amounts of money at a time. Fortunately, we were able to pay with PayPal for an additional fee.

The city of Bariloche has become one of my favorite places. I never wished to visit South America, and that exceeded all my expectations. I've been shining for about 5 years, especially fly fishing. I wanted to make a solo trip and decided to get ahead with Trout Bariloche, as Camila was very responsive. Juanito was my guide for a 3-day trip, 2 days on the Manso with Camping and 1 day on the Limay. It was by far the most amazing time ever with the best views. As you know, fishing and learning new techniques on a new river can take time, Juanito was knowledgeable and VERY PATIENT. I caught 16 fish in the first two days and about 5 on the Limay. I never used streamers and that's when I got the big guy! Juanito is a great teacher and not to mention a big cook! As a solo traveler who doesn't speak Spanish, I was definitely nervous. However, fishing and being outdoors is a language that if you know it, you know it. Chi Chi was entertaining and very helpful and fun when we camp. Everyone felt comfortable and felt we had made a really nice friendship. Overall, I had an explosion and will be back!

I can't talk about this service very enough. if they are looking for a well-organized, responsive business as that is it. my 9yo (fish obsessed) son and his grandmother (same obsessed) went on a day trip on the one with lucas. he immediately took them from our rent and was an incredible leader. both had the best day possible. the company places a wonderful lunch on the river banks and made a great combination of fishing in the river and on the boat. They were able to see where the overnight stays and both wanted them to have booked it! very clean, private setting. hopefully we will all be back for a night trip!

My wife and I fish the river manso with juanito, and we had a fantastic time. it was safe, fun, we caught fish and lunch was fantastic. the landscape was beautiful. they picked us up at 21 o'clock in our hotel and we were back at 19 o'clock.

My husband and I picked Trout Bariloche as part of our honeymoon trip to Argentina. Without a doubt, this was the best part of our trip. From start to finish the service was excellent. Camila made booking a breeze and worked with us to customize our trip. We chose the overnight camping trip which exceeded our expectations. From the fishing to the food, we could not have been happier. We have fished a lot through guided services and very few compared to our guide, Juanito. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We caught fish and made memories that will last a life time. The only regret is that we didn’t book the three-night trip.
