El Galpon de Salo

This place is famous for locals, we have a recommendation from our landlord during a short holiday. There is no way to choose from the very simple menu, but also little space for mistakes. We had “asado” (Ribs), grilled trout, salads and please do not miss the “papas doradas” (golden potatoes).

We came here with some friends, the restaurant is very nice and spacious, but I found the quality of food and service disappointing. It wasn't bad, but nothing special. I think next to the decor, average describes it best and for that it was overpriced. Probably the one place in Bariloche to which I would not return.

I went to this place in many ocations. Even if it had another name. I liked it allways because of the decoration style and huge space. It has a room for children to play (very unusual in this city) and the food is good.

We order 2 platos do dia and it was pretty good with reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and the place had a nice atmosphere. I recommend!

Good place for a working day meal. Good attention, clean place and friendly attendants. Variety of home like foods. Good coffe for end.
