Chimi De Choris

Excellent choripan spot. The two we tried had interesting toppings and were delicious. The best was her homemade hot sauce. My goodness smoked Jalapeno Paprika with a heavenly combination of spices. Please feel free to share the recipe in the comments

After many years I came to Argentina to know that this land is like no other and football (a football) as less than a handful of others. I now know that it also makes sandwiches literally like no other (for quality, creativity, consistency and availability,) and craftsmanship very good. chimi bar de choris perfectly reflects these newly found discoveries, I love this place (as I make this country). They just come here, they have a “Clasico Argentino” chororpan and a beer of the art they prefer, they will not be disappointed.

Amazing choris. If you like blue cheese, that one is divine. Luciano is the best! Good craft beer. There is a courtyard/terrace out back, it's a little hidden but make sure to sit there, it's a little oasis and lovely peaceful setting. Highly recommend!
