Mom's Small And - San Carlos

Go to dining place in my Mom's hometown. I would suggest the humba. It was good!

A new place to hang out with friends, collegues, family and love ones.. i really love how they transform the space... Its appealing and relaxing.. good food and within the budget range..and the staff are accomodating as well..

The downstairs restaurant offers delicious and inexpensive small food portions. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced, equipped with internet and TV (though the reception can be spotty at times) and air conditioning. Overall, it's an excellent value for money!

This restaurant is a great spot for a quick meal. The fish tinola is excellent; the broth is clean and delicately seasoned, and the fish is fresh and tender.
