Dry Lounge - San Carlo Terme

I was there on the evening of August 10th and I must say that the food is also acceptable and the place is normal (tables and chairs in a square, nothing special) BUT the waitress is very rude, I sincerely hope that she will be fired! Never been treated this way by a waitress. in response to the owner: I'm sure the place is right you also told me that you only make the platters on weekends but that you could serve us some pinse. (I want to point out that my criticism wasn't the food) have a good evening.

Aperitif among friends, nice tray with salami cheese and raw vegetables. Very helpful staff.

Local in a favorable position, overlooking Piazza Mercurio, but poorly furnished and arranged (narrow corridor). The tables outside are cheap, dirty and uncomfortable. Reduced and low quality assortment of sweet and savory products (frozen pasta). Average prices, considering the recent adjustments (coffee and pastries at €1.20/€1.30). Unfriendly and very distracted service, therefore to be avoided although the coffee is more than passable. Response to the owner: I confirm the price of the pasta (from 1.20 euros and up) and the quality of the same, i.e. of frozen origin and low quality. The fact that people are charged for the staining of their coffee is symptomatic of the loss of contact with reality. Unlike the bartender on duty, the undersigned never fails to say either good morning or goodbye . If you demand respect for your work you must first of all have it towards the customer, offering products of at least decent quality.
