E Camere Da Kathi' - SAN CANDIDO

Cozy, nice and clean place. At night wonderful silence reigns. Very kind and helpful staff. There is the possibility to eat in the restaurant under the rooms. You eat well and very honest prices. The road to get a bit steep and narrow but in the summer you can do quietly !!! It is a 5-minute drive from the centre of San candido.

Local already reviewed in 2016 as a restaurant that we discovered through a couple of friends who had an apartment in Carbonin, a place that I called at the time "Good fork among the clouds" entrusting to him my best 5 stars since in my opinion it was all worth. This time in July last year for a stay in two weeks' apartment where to say that we were fine would be a diminutive.... In this case we were two couples of friends and we took two neighboring apartments identical pressappoco. My wife and I, although used to our house which is a small villa on two floors garage for a total of 230 square meters, usually, when we go on holiday around for apartments, we live in spaces equal to our garage but of course we adapt. In the case of Kathi's apartment, as well as you find yourself among the clouds with the look that you lose from the top of your balcony towards the valley that leads to Austria, with emerald green meadows, pebble wood fences and the fountain dug into a trunk that with its nose continually throws sorgive water, live in a mountain apartment yes, but comfortable and super-accessed, where the imagination of details. First of all, this opens with a nice entrance and a dining room (with 40" wall TV), then there is the large kitchen corner, and the large bedroom (with 40" wall TV), all in the comfort of two closets, a dresser, furniture, bedside tables etc. that are not always at all discounted. Then the bathroom with a beautiful shower where there is even the thermostatic valve for the regulation of the water and considering that we averagely turn for Italy not less than 6/8 times a year with minimal permanence from four days a whole month, this device when we do not find it at all, it is however rare to even find it in the 4 super stars. The above-mentioned refinement of the details is external with the dishwasher and induction hob both Neff.... the washing machine but very capacious and powerful fridge, as well as the electrical system in supersized standard with bipass sockets, shuko, and a myriad of switches that turn on everything. Of course, free Wi-Fi with ball signal in the apartments. In short, a stay special to 5 stars. Do not forget that I want, the lady with a minimum daily difference offers you breakfast from her, very good and dignified. And finally, you could not miss some dinner where you cuddle with the white ravioli made with his hands in the morning, or with the roe with polenta and much more. Good white and red wine in brocchetta and sweets not to be neglected.

On 16/08/2019 together with friends I went to this restaurant. Upon arrival at 18.45 we are immediately amazed by the priceless sight but once we enter, we are received in bad way by the local lady. He treated us with indifference and was only rude for asking you simple questions. I couldn't taste the dishes but the VILLANO behavior of the lady will certainly not make us come back. I don't speak! The CLIENTS YOU WILL WARNED GOOD!!!! _

Located in a panoramic position, it is reached by narrow and winding road, but it is worth it. Very narrow menu, few dishes but very good. Recommended booking. Generous portions to return if in the area.

It was a couple of years that I didn’t come back from Kathi but it was a nice reconfirm. The friendliness of the owner is accompanied by the simplicity of the premises and makes the quality of the few but cured dishes. Above the lines its famous ravioli proposed with filling of ricotta and spinach or potatoes: the pastry, the dressing, the tradition all in a dish.
