Starbucks - San Bruno

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They completely mismanaged my order. I had requested a spinach wrap, which was listed as available online, but they informed me that it was out of stock. Instead, they suggested a reduced-fat turkey option, which was also not available. To add to my frustration, my coffee was cold, and they had to remake it. Unfortunately, they forgot to add the sugar that time. I've decided to give up on this place. I'm truly disappointed, especially as a loyal Starbucks customer. This is the first negative experience I've had in ten years.

I ordered a grande dark roast hot coffee to go, but sadly, I didn't realize until I was already driving away that it was cold. The service is typically great, so this was quite disappointing, especially since it was the first chilly morning at 47 degrees.

This Starbucks location is pretty standard, but the wait times are unusually long.

The service was fairly quick, but they steamed the milk for my matcha latte a bit too much, making it way too hot to enjoy.

I ordered a grande mocha and a breakfast sandwich online for pickup, but when I arrived at Bayhill Starbucks, it was complete chaos. Despite having numerous employees on duty, the situation felt disorganized and hectic. I would suggest steering clear of this Starbucks!
