Starbucks - San Bruno

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order completely. I ordered a spinach wrap, which was listed as available online, but it turned out they didn't have it. Instead, they offered me a reduced-fat turkey option, which was also unavailable. To make matters worse, my coffee was cold, and they had to make it again. This time, they forgot to add the sugar. I’ve decided to give up on them. I’m really disappointed, especially since I’m a loyal Starbucks customer. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience in a decade.

I ordered a grande dark roast hot coffee to go, but unfortunately, I didn't notice until I was already driving away that it was cold. The service is usually good, so this was really disappointing, especially since it was the first cold morning at 47 degrees.

It's your typical Starbucks location, but the wait times here are excessively long.

This place is always extremely busy. They're trying out a new approach to speed up the long lines, but I'll need to see it to believe it.
