Contribuiți la feedbackI have nothing to say about the quality of the products, but I ordered a waffle at the cost of €4.50 and I got a tiny size, half of the pancakes that ordered my friends, who instead were two and had the same price. Last time I ordered it the size was much greater, but this time I do not find the price proportional to the quantity of the product.
After waiting for 18 minutes two brioches, the cashier bartender answers me badly when I ask where my breakfast was. The bar was not full and half of the customers were already consuming. At the time of the account, he does not greet me and after having pointed out his unprofessional attitude, he persists again to respond badly, great rude! Not brought for that job!
On the morning of December 8 towards noon we went to this place that we know well for a quick consummation (a cappuccino, a bicchier of water and two pastins) finding the place for nothing crowded. After being accommodated and waiting for several minutes for someone to come to take the command we went directly to the counter to order. We look forward to several minutes while our consumption is waiting on the tray in good sight without anyone looking to take it to the table until, taken also by impatience, we decide to serve ourselves directly without anyone known or at least intervene to the view of the situation that has come to create. The quality of the products is as good as all the other times that we have come to consume at the premises however we are bitterly in finding a dizzying decrease of the attention paid to customers by the staff of the room.
It's not the first time I've been there. For food nothing to say....but for the lady in cash I would have to say! I introduce myself to my 2-year-old son to take the takeaway brioches. I pray that my son is quite unmanageable and in the expectation of having my bag to go away he dumped some screams strong enough because he wanted to be free... ready the brioche and I with the money ready in my hand I approached the cash my son shrilled, the lady before telling me how much I have to pay the hear but that c or screams!!! She justifies that she has headaches and my son screams too much. I went out immediately without taking anything and very sorry. I don't think I'm coming back!!
We went to this “renamed” pastry shop to take 2 takeaway brioches, given the regulations in force, but never respected in the matter of space when the consumption was allowed inside the room. At the request of a brioche to the chantilly cream I am poured the pastry cream, besides with non-existent filling (photo attached below). After having noticed it by phone to the owner, shown really rude and grumpy, I was answered that the amount of correct filling is their, and if we wanted more we would have to ask for a supplement (not that it was a problem) I repeat, moreover, that this episode happened more than once, as the takeaway brioches are not shown to the customer, but “farcite” in the laboratory and redesigned only one time. I also point out that, the tendency to cash is not to issue tax receipts, I do not think it is a lack of paper in the cash register roll! Moreover, it is shameful that a brioche is present with such a lack, given the decantated quality (in our opinion now non-existent). It is good to underline the humility of the owner, who did not get scrupulous in responding with tone lit to the customer. It is the case that we remember that advertising is cheap, and also humility. Never again!
