Kontiki - SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO

We were told that the mixed grill would take 30 minutes and so I changed my order to the fish skewers to avoid the wait. Have now been waiting 50 minutes for our food. When we complained we were rudely told ‘there are over 100 people to serve’. The appropriate response would have been a simple ‘I’m sorry’. Terrible service. Update: food has arrived (forgotten salad but we don’t want to wait another 50 minutes! . Food is actually nice but it doesn’t make up for the rubbish service. 4* for the food. -5* for the service!

Please, don't go there.. Its the worst bar in Italy.. find something better..
