Seagolf - San Bartolomé de Tirajana

The food was quite good, but our waiter had most focus that we had to leave the restaurant at 10 no later. That was the same waiter that convinced us to have dinner at their place when we strolled by at some minutes after 9 pm… Back to the dinner: very nice sirloin with blue cheese sauce. Perfectly cooked sirloin and sauce, but rice had nothing to do in that dish, as the fries would have been ok on their own. So, if it wasn’t for the service, it would have been a good experience.

We found Txototxa quite luckily as though we had read reviews on Tripadvisor and liked the look of it it was quite a distance from our hotel though we had decide to explore Melonares for the day. Arriving just as the restaurant was opening, we were welcomed warmly straight away and looked after from the minute we arrived. Javi was a fantastic host (maybe management? who encouraged my girlfriend in her Spanish and made sure we had everything we needed. We drank both beer and sangria before having an excellent lunch of croquetas, gambas pil pil and a house salad which was thoroughly enjoyed by my girlfriend. We werent made to feel rushed once and ended up spending a couple of hours just watching the world go by and chatting to Javi. Though it doesn't much stand out from the other restaurants in this centre, it's well worth seeking out. They even called a cab for us and let us use the toilet at the end of a day on the beach it overlooks. If we had more time we'd have been back for certain for an evening meal.

Really friendly service and a great view over the seafront . Service was friendly and efficient . We had the most amazing mixed seafood platter with fresh vegetables which was thoroughly enjoyed by my wife and I . Very favourable prices too .

We order a mixed salad and a rice with a bogavante for 2, a bottle of wine and cane. 94 eur. the very fresh salad and the rice quite well although the bogavante did not have great flavor. right service. terrace next to the promenade and the sea. good choice in the south of gc
