After 1st arriving to a very miserable waiter that seemed to do nothing but moan about their working situation to other customers we finally ordered. The drinks did take a while but the food was very quick and very tasty. We would definitely recommend eating here but if you can try and avoid conversations with the guy in the black as he will bring your mood right down. Maybe some new waiters are required.
At last a decent meal. Me and the m8 had the curry. His wife had the steak pie and my wee woman who is a vegetarian had the baked camembert with a massive chocolate pudding. The curry melted in your mouth and the steak pie was to die for. Already booked in for tomorrow night. Massive compliments to the staff and the chef
We visited here on a few occasions during our holiday and found it too be a really relaxed comfortable place to eat and it was sometimes nice to chat to the manager. the homecooked menu choices were great and we did sample quite a few especially the bite sized portions of chorizo and steak pie. we also had cocktails which were nice because they were fresh and are not pre mixed. we will definatley return to teazers when we visit next year and we hope that big brother is not getting to you too much.
Lovely food, even better service! I came in on my own for a meal and found the staff Colin and Peter not only attentive but very welcoming and friendly. I didn't feel like a was eating out alone at all. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back to see them
Seriously guys, this is a very cool new place to visit. Very different and special in a few different ways and we are not fussy but love great service when we find it! Reasons to visit! 1. Personality. Fab owners who genuinely want everyone to enjoy their venue. 2. Drinks. Great cocktails! I was totally fed up with syrup mojito's in the local bars but at Teazers they even grow the mint fresh for them. 3. Food. Loved the international tapas. Definitely try the steak and ale pie, albondigas (meatballs), langoustine with chilli and garlic, fish and chips and the antipasti. We loved menu it was great for a crowd of us and as a couple we came back to enjoy more of it ourselves. Love it when new venues open and they raise the bar.
