Whataburger - San Antonio

I would really appreciate it if they stopped mashing my burgers together when I pick up takeout. Instead of rushing to prepare them, they should take their time to make them look presentable rather than resembling something that has been squished. Other than that, they taste fantastic as usual.

I walked in and was promptly greeted by David at the front counter. He took my order quickly, and the food was served in no time. After I finished my meal, David even took a moment to throw away my trash, which I've never encountered in a fast-food restaurant before. I really enjoyed my experience here and I come back from time to time.

I stopped by for a quick breakfast before heading to work. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the food was fresh.

The person that took our order did not greet us. I said hi to him in order for him to acknowledge us. Seems he needs more training in taking orders. He kept saying, anything else?, anything else? He wasn 't very friendly either. Needs bettertraining. There was another gentleman looked like a manager of some sort, now he was a breath of fresh air compared to ourserver. He was friendly, greeted his customer, he suggested items. Night and day. Management needs to take note, your customersare observing what your employees are doing and not doing. I hope that doesn 't reflect on Management? Our food was nice and hotbut my burger looked all smashed. Patties have gotten super thin!

The Junior Chilli Cheeseburger is awesome! I have a healthy appetite, but the full size Chilli Cheeseburger is too much for me to eat, comfortably. I love the crunchy Fritos, and how all the flavors come together. It doesn't fall apart like you would expect, and it's my new favorite.
