Whataburger - San Antonio

Placed an online order last night and waited forever. On top of that they didn?t put corn chips on my chili burger (literally comes with the burger) gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet, added bacon to my fiancés patty melt and it was not on the burger.Never had online issues with the app but this is my first time coming to this locating and it was bad.

I used to like coming to this location. But unfortunately this location has messed up a few times. The management doesn?t take your time into consideration. Today I placed an online order and had to wait 30+ mins. I decided to get off to see whathappened. They had not made my order yet, they forgot about it. I got my order. The order is wrong?go to any other location,don?t waste your time with this poor service.

Went for dinner ???? waiting for good time they actually prefer the drive thru taking very long time for us dined inn so my husband went to check the food its was just in the back of the counter waiting to be picked up. Bathroom needs to be improvedthere?s only 1 for ladies and man had to lined up if your lucky had to go so.. bad your sorry..

I love the service here there is one employee there who is so kind and very attentive don't know the name but I like the kindness and brings such happiness for some reason! The food is good just sometimes my order is either missing something or thedrink taste like water more keep forgetting to tell them to cut it on the ice they over do it but I need to remember to tellthem and the other thing the getting in there and getting out sometimes is hard so is one of the things I dislike about it lolgetting stuck they did the parking lot and the getting out too hard .

We waited 1/2 in the drive through, after waiting for my order to be taken, we were served the banana shake which melted while we waited for the hamburger, we went inside the store to get new shakes. But the hamburger was outstanding as was the bananashake. FIVE STARS FOR THE FOOD.
