The staff who took our order and delivered our food were quick and friendly, which was a refreshing change from the Burger King across the street. If you have the opportunity, definitely check out this Wendy's – they truly are amazing!
On a note for Wendy's: There's a new manager at the drive-thru who doesn't seem to follow your pricing policies; he tends to round up prices and it's unclear how many customers he’s managing. Additionally, I ordered a large drink but received a medium instead. While these are minor issues, it might be beneficial to provide him with some additional training.
NOT the place for a quick lunch break! This is my third time using this drive-thru. I've tried it for breakfast, lunch, and now dinner, and every single time I've had to wait at least 20 minutes from start to finish. If there had been a long line of cars, I might have understood, but there were only 1-2 cars ahead of me each time. They were also missing items 2 out of 3 times. Today for lunch, I ordered baked potatoes, but they were frozen and had no flavor. I was also informed that they “have no frosties” available. They forgot an item 2 out of 3 times as well. Tonight was the only time they got everything right, but we had to double-check our order.
I ordered chili, but when I returned to work, I had to throw it away because it was inedible. The meat was poor quality, and the sauce tasted like a mix of ketchup and water. The chunks of meat looked like they were cut from old hamburgers. If you don’t have chili available, just let me know instead of serving this. I won’t be coming back.
Worst food and service ever, they never have many customers, so their trouble and lack of service, is definitely not because they overwhelmed with business. I ordered a chicken sandwich menu, took so long to get it and it was cold dry and the whole sandwich had a dry, very dry piece grilled chicken and a slice of soggy tomatoes. No salad, no pickles, no spices. When I showed the sandwich to the cashier and asked where my salad is, she said that she didn't have salad in a week and that nobody had ever complained. Imagine they have no ingredient that people expect, but the customer will not be notified at the time of the order. I asked to talk to manager, and she said she'd call him, so he never came out to talk to me. I waited 30 minutes when I wrapped up the sandwich and brought it to checkout. Manager was behind the counter and only God knows what was said by him... I didn't understand a word he said it seemed that he couldn't communicate well in English. That was a very bad experience, and I can only say a word to people who read it...
