Texas Roadhouse - San Antonio

Get a $50 gift card for a birthday present. My best friend and I were out there for dinner. The place moved and shook as usual. Very good servers, they had Prime Rib on the menu, my favorites. We had cactus blooming onion that was not greasy, but perfectly boiled, I had Prime Rib, which was excellent, my friend had Top Sirloin and shrimps. The table next to us had many children of different ages, very loud and active table. Hard to continue the conversation with my friend. I guess the excellent meal overshadowed the loud table next to us. Our waiter was the best, the food was perfect. The costs were comparable to meals. Plenty of food. Order the 14oz Forth Worth Ribeye Medium rare. The waitress was very informative on the menu and showed patience when questions were asked about the menu. The only drawback would be that I didn't get a refill on tea until my meal was finished. I don't know if she was busy with other tables, but our table was checked only when the bill was delivered. This did not impede the experience or great food, I could take less care of being checked, but would like a few refills before my meal is finished. Not sure how the other idols feel about their waitress/waxesin they visit, which is why I wanted to involve this with the experience of eating there.

The first time here. I liked the vibe very much. The waiter was helpful. Very pleased the description various steaks on the wall. The New York stripe and Ribeye was great. The Roadkill was delicious. The ribs and steak combo were also fine. Some parts of the steak were somewhat raw and not evenly cooked. Total good experience.

This Texas Roadhouse location is usually exceptionally busy. I like to visit Sundays for lunch when it's fairly quiet. The waitresses and waiters are always great and on top of things. The food is delicious. I love the cinnamon butter that comes with the dinner rolls.Food: 5/5
