Taco Bell - San Antonio

The Chalupa Supreme shell was extremely stale. I was very disappointed.

Always amazing, i work graveyard shifts and always end up ordering when they open but they almost always make everything amazing!

Tonight, my experience with the man at the drive-thru window was fantastic. He ensured that my order was correct, was friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Despite being in a long line, when I reached the window, he did not appear to dislike his job like many other fast food employees do. He was cheerful and appeared genuinely interested in my experience. I regret not getting his name so I could commend him, but unfortunately, I didn't.

I cannot give this restaurant a high rating based on quality. The waiting times are quite long, and I had called ahead to confirm their opening hours, only to find out upon arrival after a 25-minute wait that they were out of all meat options. This was disappointing and not acceptable. The prices are too high for such a situation. While technically they were open, it was still a letdown. I would give them 3 stars because the food itself is not bad when it is available. They could improve their preparation to handle large orders at night. Overall, it is a fast food restaurant, so expectations should not be too high. The manager was understanding and handled my frustration well when I called to express my disappointment, so I am giving them 4 stars for that.

I received a Crunchwrap with only cheese and beans, despite not requesting a vegan option.
