Taco Bell - San Antonio

The drive-thru line was quite long, so I decided to go inside. Unfortunately, there were several people waiting inside as well, and only two staff members taking orders. One of them might have been training the other. Benjamin took my order, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about the customers waiting. It's difficult to feel too frustrated when there's a supportive employee like him interacting with you. I imagine it must be challenging to maintain a motivated staff at Taco Bell. They’re fortunate to have Benjamin on their team. My order number was 210090 on March 6, 2022.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service provided by Savannah C! Her attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out when she took my order. It was truly amazing! We definitely need more people like her, with such a high level of customer service, everywhere!

I stopped by for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, my order arrived quickly, and the dining area was clean. This is definitely the nicest Taco Bell I’ve ever visited.

Yes- there are GOOD Taco Bell’s, and BAD Taco Bell’s! The food is pretty much the same at both, so the difference seems to come down to staff and management. Is the place clean? Friendly and fast? It hurts my feelings if someone who has no pride in their work just slaps a ladle of meat into my tortilla and semi wraps the paper around it. All that being said: this is the BEST Taco Bell I have visited in years! Online ordering, a big old star on that one! Get what you want and customize it! Sweet! The time it took from telling them I was there to driving off with my food was 3 Minutes! THREE MINUTES y’all!! Hot and fresh! The guy at the window...I wish I would have noted his name, because he truly made my day and was so nice and efficient! Thank you Taco Bell 1604/ near UT! You are the best!!! Yo it was all good got my food super quick but i felt my order was not fresh but it was warm but that was only the nacho fries
