Loved the food and the atmosphere, but the waitress was terrible. Every time we needed something, including my credit card back, we had to wave them in the bar where they just sat on their phone. Had to find our own soy sauce and sauce shells because they were not found anywhere after they had taken away food without them.
This was a great hidden little sushi bar in the Bluestar area. It had a great atmosphere and the waiting staff was great. I like hidden spots like those for dates and just get away. The food was great. Had her ram bowl and some sushi rolls. I didn't drink here, but maybe next time.
If they are even far away like sushi, that is the place for them! this restaurant has a little more of an uplifted/industrial atmosphere, which is not from the use for the inner city of san antonio. casual or special event, they will be satisfied with their meal! the sushi reels range from $9 to $20 and with the sashimi and nigiri there is something for everyone. we have the garnel tempoura and spicy dragon rolls and had to stop licking the plate! twisted with fried rice and we have won?t need to eat for days! beautiful presentation, friendly staff. try it yourself!
Sorry but this place is by far the most overpriced sushi place i have ever been to. My final bill for a roll and a 9 piece sashimi was $70. For that kind of money you expect some of the best sushi but the hamachi had a pungent fish smell. If the fish is fresh it wont have a smell.
