Starbucks - San Antonio

The lunch menu could benefit from having more savory choices than what's currently available. On the positive side, the coffee is consistently great. It's a nice place to unwind, whether inside or on the patio.

We've been to this restaurant several times, and the staff has always been very friendly. Although they were out of some menu items during our visits, which can be a bit frustrating, this seems to be a common issue at many places. I did appreciate that the person who took my order offered me alternatives for the items that weren’t available.

This place is simply fantastic! I’ve never been to a restaurant that has an additional staff member exclusively dedicated to serving drinks and food. The decor is stunning and really adds to the atmosphere. The staff is incredibly warm and lacks the snobbery you might encounter at places like Starbucks. If you’re a regular, they truly take the time to get to know you, which is a wonderful touch. To top it off, at the end of our visit, a gentleman even held the door open for my daughter and me! This is definitely the best service I’ve experienced in San Antonio, far exceeding anything you’d find at Starbucks. No Starbucks can hold a candle to this!

I visited today around 5 PM and saw a long line at the drive-thru, so I opted to go inside instead. The restaurant was very clean, and there was no wait at all indoors. The staff was quick to take my order and extremely friendly. The restrooms were immaculate as well. Just as I finished washing my hands, my drink was ready, and it was delicious! I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha latte. I would definitely come back and recommend this location to anyone seeking a great Starbucks experience.

The coffee at this place doesn't live up to the hype. I've found it to be quite inconsistent; on my recent visits, it tasted more like watered-down coffee than the authentic experience. The prices are steep, and there are frequently long lines. It feels like you're mostly paying for the brand's reputation rather than the quality.
