The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the customer service and compassion were lacking. I witnessed a man in a wheelchair at the front door, attempting to receive service. The young woman at the counter told him he would need to go through the drive-thru for assistance, or I could take his order and return through the drive-thru, as per her manager's instructions. Additionally, she informed me that she couldn't reach out any further to hand me my order because she was pregnant. I was polite to her, but as a 74-year-old, I was taken aback that your company would enforce such a policy.

The young woman at the window informed him that he would need to go through the drive-thru for service, or alternatively, I could take his order and then return through the drive-thru as instructed by her manager.

It's hard not to love Louisiana fried chicken! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was absolutely perfect.

The guy in the drive thrue with the tattoos on him was so nice and polite today around 11:45 ish on 12/12/2020 Thank youuu

Being a long time resident of the east side, I’ve had the worst of the worst experiences at this locations. So after many disappointing and nasty attitudes from employees in the past…my son begged me to stop here and I’m so glad we did. The management has changed, the employees were absolutely wonderful. The young lady manager and her staff delivered hot fresh food and thanked me for visiting. The store needs a little more upkeep but the back area, kitchen area was cleaned and in ordered.Thank you Veronica for stepping in and bringing our neighborhood Popeyes back.
