Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Antonio

This location has one of the fastest drive-thrus on the north side. A very friendly young lady took my order, and her cookies were incredibly buttery. A shout-out to the cook from Friday night, January 20, 2023!

It's clear that you and your team are the reason I consistently choose this location whenever I crave Popeyes, no matter which part of the city I'm in. Exceptional customer service seems increasingly rare these days, and I truly value and appreciate the commitment to providing a great experience. Thank you for always delivering what I want without any regrets. I like to be honest in my reviews, as many people are searching for businesses that really deliver on customer satisfaction. The service at this restaurant is not only slow, but also unprofessional and careless. Robert, in particular, is the worst! Even his employees seem to dislike working with him. The atmosphere was frustrating, and Robert took our orders only to make mistakes with the bill and our food. Moreover, they don't seem to handle the rolls for the sandwiches in a clean manner. It was quite unappetizing.

We've been here several times, but today it was very different. I misunderstood the prices on one of their products after completing the transaction on Drive thru. I went in to see if I could clarify something. The gentleman who served the drive thru and the lady who served Din in the customer went beyond and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. Thank you to both of you. You're amazing! P.S. The chicken was great too!

This is down right embarrassing. Food was disgusting and cold. Chicken was rubbery and awful. Even the soda tasted bad!! Charging 4 dollars for side, you forgot half of them. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!
