Pizza Hut - San Antonio

My husband phoned Pizza Hut to order a last minute treat for our grandchildren after the dinner I had prepared was not well received. He jokingly mentioned to the woman taking his delivery order that we were babysitting that night. She added a sweet note for the grandkids on the box and cut the pizza into smaller pieces to make it easier for the little ones to eat. The service was excellent.

I've just gotta say- I got off the phone with Melonie maybe about five minutes ago and this girl is AMAZING. She was so patient in placing my huge last minute order and was pleasant throughout the whole 23 minute ordeal of me not knowing what the heck I was doing. As a consumer, I really can not stress how amazing it is to be able to deal with someone like her. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, you know what to expect when you order from chains like this; what I did not expect was being able to deal with someone so funny and nice while making this ridiculous monster order on a super busy weekend.

I received the wrong order from this restaurant. When I called to inform them, Megan answered the phone. She was incredibly polite and professional, and promptly apologized for the mistake. Megan made sure to rush the correct order to my house. I was very impressed by her high level of customer service and by Pizza Hut's commitment to getting my order right. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut!
